01Process

From cultivation to pharmacy

  1. 01

    Cultivation

Hydroponic cultivation under GACP in a facility licensed by SAHPRA, South Africa's medicines regulator. Plants are grown from cuttings of maintained mother plants.

  2. 02

    Harvest and curing

Flowers are hand-trimmed and slowly cured to a stable moisture content.

  3. 03

    Irradiation

Every batch is gamma-irradiated at 10 kGy to meet the microbiological requirements of the pharmacopoeia.

  4. 04

    Testing and release

An EU-GMP-certified manufacturer in the EU tests and releases every batch. The certificate of analysis documents the results.

  5. 05

    Import

Released batches are imported into Germany with the required permits.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Our licensed German distribution partner delivers to your pharmacy and issues the invoice.
